This is one of the first images I’ve taken using the confocal. I’m still trying to get the hang of it, hence why this image is a bit overexposed. It’s a cross section of the pupal eye disc/brain from Drosophila. I used Dapi (blue- top right), anti-beta gal (green - bottom left) and anti-Elav (red - bottom right) antibodies. The eye discs are super cool to work with!
